1. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be purchased directly from vynastral.
- Return requests must be made within 30 days from the delivery date.
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition, including all packaging, tags, and accessories.
- Personalized or custom-made shoes are not eligible for returns unless defective or incorrect.
2. How to Initiate a Return
- Contact our customer service team at support@vynastral.com with your order number and reason for return.
- We will provide a return authorization number and detailed instructions for shipping.
- Pack the shoes securely in the original packaging to prevent damage.
- Ship the item back to the address provided by our customer service team.
Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.
3. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item:
- If the return meets our eligibility criteria, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.
- Refunds typically take 5–7 business days to process.
- Original shipping charges and return shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
4. Exchanges
If you wish to exchange your shoes for a different size or style:

- Personalized or custom-made shoes
- Gift cards or promotional items
- Clearance or final-sale items (clearly marked as such)
